At the title screen, press Up, Triangle, Down, X, Left, Square, Right, O. A sound will confirm that you have activated the cheat successfully. Set the 'Guideline Detail' to 'High'. The object ball will have a red line coming from it, while the cue ball's path will still be displayed in white.
